Colombo Investment Platform (Private) Limited (CIP) is a Company, incorporated in 2010 under the Companies Act (bearing the registration number PV 74952), having its registered office at #36/44, Rosmead Place, Colombo – 07 and principal place of business operations at #70/2/3 A, 2^nd Floor, YMBA Building, Colombo – 08.

Establishing an Investment Division at SK Associates (SKA) in 2006, the foundation stone was laid-down for CIP and geared a novel dimension in the history of SKA. It is believed that succeeding the marketing campaign of equity instruments in the region of north and east, during the terror period, is a significant victory of the Investment Division of SKA.

Whilst equity market recorded a continued drawback in its history, Colombo Investment Platform (Private) Limited (CIP) has managed its business operations and retained its clientele in the Company as well as in the industry. CIP has extended its services into the debt market and promoted fixed income securities investment and trading, and diversified its service portfolio. The Board of Directors is formulating the strategies for equity and debt markets and presently Mr. Shamen Kumar, Ms. Kusala Bulathsinghala and Ms. Himali Gamage hold the Directorships of the Company.
